Guildford Studios is a premier film and television production venue set within 200 acres of a historic former military base in Guildford, just 34 miles from central London and 30 minutes from Heathrow Airport. Easily accessible via the M25/A3 and just 11 minutes from Guildford mainline station, the site offers exceptional convenience for cast and crew.
Once a functioning military and satellite station, the site features original structures dating back to the Second World War, offering genuine historical character. This unique blend of authenticity, privacy, and creative flexibility makes Guildford Studios an ideal location for productions of all sizes.

Guildford Studios envisions being a premier destination for cinematic creativity, having already supported so many exciting projects with independent filmmakers, television productions, and collaborating with established feature film franchises.

Unique filming locations
Our expansive grounds encompass diverse terrains, including lush woodlands, wide open fields, wetlands, and rugged tracks ideal for chase sequences or dramatic outdoor scenes. The wooded areas resemble European forests, allowing filmmakers to capture a variety of international looks without the need for overseas travel.
At the heart of the property is a secured 7-acre compound featuring a large communications center, original WWII-era towers, metal shipping containers, a scrapyard, and historic huts. These distinctive features provide an authentic and versatile backdrop for productions seeking unique architectural and industrial settings.
